Harc az Iszlám Állam utolsó szíriai bázisáért

Hetek óta tartanak a harcok azaz Iszlám Állam dzsihadista szervezet utolsó szíriai bázisáért, a keleti Deir-ez-Zór tartományban lévő Baghúz településért. A város felszabadításáért harcoló, amerikai támogatású Szíriai Demokratikus Erők (SDF) kurd-arab milícia szerint több mint 60 ezer ember hagyta el a várost az offenzíva január 9-i kezdete óta. Az SDF szerint 29600 ember adta meg magát, köztük 5 ezer fegyveres, a többiek a dzsihadisták családtagjai. További 34 ezer civilt az utóbbi pár hétben menekítettek ki a városból.
