A főváros XI. kerületének lakásépítési programja keretében a kiürült és elhanyagolt Kinizsi laktanya területén – Budapest nyugati kapujában, az Osztapenkó közben – létesült az öt épület, összesen 81 lakással. A Bauhaus hangulatát idéző házak formavilága illeszkedik a környezetbe, ugyanakkor új minőséget jelenít meg. Az igényes külső ugyanilyen belsőt takar, a napozó teraszként is szolgáló tetőkert kihasználja a környék adottságait: gyönyörű kilátás nyílik a közeli hegyekre. A beruházás sikerét bizonyítja, hogy a lakások iránti érdeklődés már az építés folyamán is élénk volt. –
Nowadays, when Budapest lacks apartments, which is especially true for quality real estates, we must especially appreciate the incentives to fill up these gaps. Within the framework of the apartment construction program of the 11th district, on the site of the abandoned service buildings of the emptied Kinizsi barracks, at the western gate to Budapest, 5 buildings were constructed with 81 apartments. The straight forms of the buildings, evoking the atmosphere of Bauhaus, fit into the surroundings, and at the same time, represent a new quality. This is also reflected in the high-quality interior. The roof garden with a sundeck and the sauna uses the opportunities provided by the environment: it offers a panoramic view all around the nearby hills and the city. –
